100% WORK EXCHANGE VOLUNTEER PROGRAM
We would love you to come and stay with us soon as a 100% work exchange volunteer if you’re really wanting to learn new things and get your hands dirty.
If you are wanting to stay less than 7 nights or are not too sure about really wanting to or being able to work for 5 hours a day, and you want to relax more, you can still come and be with us as a work and travel guest and pay a small nominal contribution for your stay. We have a great set up and everything is included in your stay. Check out our other WWOOF options.
Do note that we have limited 100% work exchange places
because of local economics – we usually only have ONE spot per month,
So do book well in advance, and unfortunately we usually cannot
accept couples on 100% work-exchange.
But you can always come as a work and travel work exchange guest and pay a nominal amount to cover food and accommodation – we can have up to 9 people stay with us.
We receive a lot of great comments, some of them are posted on our home page. Here’s a recent one from Yvonne :
Hello David, Carol, and Kyra! Stayed only for a week and a half and I have never lived such a healthy lifestyle (mind and body). Thanks to you guys, I was able to do construction activities I never would have been able to in Canada. I’m so glad you gave me the opportunity to help out with a brand new project that I saw from start to finish. As mention before my favorite part about your farm, was that there were always people at your farm making it very lively and everybody I met (including in Sison) were extremely friendly and made me feel so welcomed. I definitely enjoyed my stay and I left this farm with new perspective of things. I’m going to try my best to live the healthy lifestyle your family has inspired. Good luck with your future projects!

Work exchange volunteer program – Luzon Philippines
– WORK ARRANGEMENTS –
We can accept a very limited number of volunteer work exchange guests as long as you are really wanting to work.
- There is nothing to pay
- We provide all food
- You work 5 hours per day
- You must really be wanting to work!
- You will need to be happy to work on your own at times
- You get to help with shopping, meal creation and meal clean up extra to your normal work
- Minimum 7 nights stay so we have time to get to know you
This exchange will only work for people who really want to learn about Organic Farming and really want to work. It’s not really a place to come if you just want to save money – we really love people who want to connect and be part of our experience here.
Sometimes people find out after arriving that doing physical work in 30 degree+ heat when they are not fit is too hard for them. We do understand and we will be happy to allow you to switch to a work and travel volunteer guest and you just pay for your stay for the rest of your time with us – our prices are more than reasonable and include all your meals. Any extra funds are used to expand the farm for future guests and also provide meaningful work for local people who would otherwise have no work opportunities.
We do trust though that once we have accepted you as a 100% work exchange guest that you will commit to being with us for a minimum of 7 nights – we do not want people arriving one day and leaving the next! We like committed people.
So if you are ready to experience real life here in the Philippines and have a special unique experience then contact us with your dates and details and we can get back to you fast.

Have a peek first at a viewHere is a great video taken in early 2014 by one of our guests who travelled with a hover-copter. It shows the farm and surrounding area with hills and sea from the air.
