Visit Us Soon in Luzon – Northern Philippines

Welcome from your volunteer hosts

There are three main ways you can join us at our organic education farm

Come as a Contributing Guest and experience a unique volunteer experience here in the Philippines. While there are so many volunteer opportunities in the Philippines we offer a very unique experience and you get to support children in the Gumot village that really need a lot of support.  We have over 18 volunteer work opportunities including teaching, infrastructure, and community volunteer projects.

Come as a casual work exchange volunteer guest. Our minimum stay is only 7 nights and we have a casual work arrangement – help out as you please. There’s a nominal contribution of just 500 pesos per person per night to cover accommodation and food. Most of our work exchange volunteers stay from a week to three and get to enjoy the farm, local community and local environment including the beach.

Come as an organic farm stay guest. Many of our local Filipino volunteer guests are busy so they come usually for a long weekend but sometimes a week. We want to encourage everyone to enjoy a natural and organic environment, so you can bring your family or friends, and help out on the organic farm, and enjoy nature in a kiddy friendly environment, with a minimum stay of just two nights. Experience something different today.

Guest Space

As of Oct 2014 we completed the construction  of stage one of the new self-contained guest and workshop space at the Happy House.

This area has a large accommodation room sleeping 5 – 8  people (we normally have only 5), a breakout/relaxation area, an equipped kitchen and large dinning area along with an outside shower area and a 3 composting toilets.

We still make the private double guest room in the Little Happy House available for couples or those wanting privacy for a small extra fee. Plus for the more adventurous or nature lovers, we have a cosy garden cobo, and guests can choose to camp in fine weather at our camp area close to the Happy House facilities.

The best way to experience the Happy House Farm is by coming as a contributing guest or work exchange volunteer.
